Stephen H. Fay, LL.B.

Steve was called to the Ontario Bar in 1982. He has built his career practising civil litigation, with an emphasis on insurance law. Steve has developed a solid reputation for successfully defending actions dealing with product liability, fire loss, casualty insurance, automobile insurance and disability insurance. His practice is restricted to acting on behalf of insurers.

He has been with the firm since his call to the Bar.

He is a Member of the Hamilton Law Association, the Ontario Bar Association and Canadian Bar Association and the Advocates' Society.

Steve and his wife are kept busy with their young daughter.
